AvaTrade vs FxPro: Which Is More Reliable?

Neither AvaTrade nor FxPro holds SPK authorisation in Türkiye. Comparing them is therefore a comparison between two options that both fall outside Turkish investor protection.

Foreign licences (CBI, ASIC / FCA, CySEC) provide oversight in their own jurisdictions, but they do not give a Turkish investor the SPK's protections. In a dispute, the foreign authority and its law apply, and recovery is harder.

The FX Trust Score is weighted: regulation 35%, complaint resolution 25%, transparency 15%, withdrawals 15% and track record 10%. Between these two the widest divergence is on Complaint Resolution.

Complaint counts (AvaTrade: 1, FxPro: 0) are reports reaching us, not a market-wide census — a smaller firm with fewer reports is not automatically safer, because the sample is smaller. How every axis is calculated is set out in our methodology.

You do not have to take our score on trust. Verify the firm on the SPK list of authorised institutions; check that the leverage offered does not exceed 1:10; and make sure the domain does not appear in our SPK bulletin archive as blocked.
